Are you nervously wondering if everything is OK at the Cabin? Valley Solutions offers a Home Guardianship Program or individual visits to satisfy worried minds.

If we find any problems to be concerned about we will notify you and take the necessary actions to help remedy the issue. From basic handyman projects to meeting qualified and trained contractors of your choice or ours.

FOR HOME OWNERS ABSENT DURING WINTER MONTHS

1.   Check outside doors and windows for breakage

2.  Check propane tanks for fill level

3.  Check interior temperature of cabin

4.  Check floors and bathrooms and hot water tanks for water leaks

5.  Check fridge and or freezer for mechanical failure

6.   Arrange for and monitor any necessary repairs to furnaces or      fridges

FOR TEMPORARY ABSENCES

1.  Check for break-ins

2.  Check any lights on timers

3.  Water plants

4.  Check any of the above as needed

5.  even cat feeding (for weekends)
